ARE YOUR PRODUCTS NON-TOXIC?
Yes! All of our candles are thoughtfully made using safe, non-toxic, paraben and phthalate free ingredients. Our wax is made from a coconut and soy blend. Our wicks are 100% cotton, clean burning and biodegradable. None of our ingredients require California Prop 65 labeling.
HOW LONG WILL MY CANDLE LAST?
Our 12 oz candles will have an approximate burn time of 50+ hours.
Our 5 oz candles will have an approximate burn time of 20+ hours
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?
All online candle orders will come packaged with a B.BLOOMS signature muslin bag and seasonal ribbon accent.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?
We always want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase!

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage for all orders, which includes a tracking number to confirm shipment and delivery. If the tracking number for your order shows as delivered to the shipping address specified in your order, we are unable to issue a refund for a lost or stolen order.

Returns and Refunds are not accepted at this time, however we do offer exchanges.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for another product of the same size and price within 10 days of your order delivery. However, we cannot exchange a product that has been used or tampered with. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of any returned items. This policy only applies to products purchased via our online shop.

Products damaged during shipment will be replaced. Please send a photo showing the damage to betsy.shamoian@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Your order will ship within 3-5 business days via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes between 2 and 5 business days for delivery. We currently ship to the US.
